Bsoft India Technologies Private Limited – Cloud Services

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of cloud, hosting, SaaS, and related IT services (“Services”) provided by Bsoft India Technologies Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”).

By accessing or using our Services, you (“Client”, “User”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.


2. Services Scope

We provide services including but not limited to:

  • Cloud Hosting & VPS
  • Data Center / Colocation
  • SaaS Applications (including CRM, Helpdesk, etc.)
  • Backup, Storage & Security Services

Services are provided on a subscription or contract basis.


3. Account & Access

  • You must provide accurate information while creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining login credentials.
  • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Subscription, Billing & Payments

  • All services are prepaid unless agreed otherwise.
  • Invoices must be paid within the due date.
  • Non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Payments are non-refundable, except where explicitly agreed.

5. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree NOT to use our services for:

  • Illegal activities (hacking, phishing, fraud)
  • Hosting malware, spam, or abusive content
  • DDoS attacks or network abuse
  • Copyright violation

Violation may lead to immediate suspension without notice.


6. Data & Privacy

  • Client retains ownership of their data.
  • We ensure reasonable security measures.
  • We are not responsible for data loss due to client misconfiguration or external attacks.
  • Regular backups are client responsibility unless included in plan.

7. Service Availability (Uptime)

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime, but no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
  • Maintenance or emergency downtime may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All software, systems, and infrastructure belong to Bsoft India Technologies.
  • You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.

9. Support & Maintenance

  • Support is provided as per your plan (Basic / Premium / Enterprise).
  • Response times may vary based on priority.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payment is overdue
  • Terms are violated
  • Illegal usage is detected

You may terminate by giving written notice (e.g., 7–30 days).


11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Maximum liability is limited to amount paid by client in last 30 days.

12. Disclaimer

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
